Web 2.0 Social Networking for Museums, Libraries and Archives

Welcome to the wiki for the workshop on "Web 2.0 Social Networking for Museums, Libraries and Archives". The workshop was held on Monday 17 November 2008, from 10.00-16.00. Details of the event are available on the UKOLN Web site.

Participants at the workshop were invited to:

• Register for WetPaint, which will enable you (and others) to see pages you have created and edited (although note that registration is optional).
  
• Familiarise themselves with the Wiki using the Test page.
• Introduce yourself to fellow participants, and describe what they hope to gain from the workshop and topics they would like to see covered.

At the event you will also have the opportunity to:

• Describe opportunities for use of Web 2.0
• Describe the barriers and ways of addressing the barriers.
• Provide feedback on the event.
• Add your personal action plans.
